As we are a strictly wholesale company, we need to ensure that only wholesale trade has access to our product range and pricing.

We will us this information to internally to approve your access to our website. Your information will never be shared or sold to any 3rd party as per our Privacy Policy.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WEBSITE ACCESS TO BE GRANTED?
Generally the next business day after you've submitted your application.
I HAVE COMPLETED MY ACCOUNT APPLICATION, WHY DON'T I HAVE ACCESS?
Your account application will be reviewed and you should receive an email confirming access the following business day, once approved.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No. However all products have minimum quantities which are shown in the product quantity field on the item page. If your your order is under $500ex GST, it will be subject to a $12.10 freight charge
WHY CAN'T I ADD THE QUANTITIES I'D LIKE TO MY ORDER?
1. The item is out of stock and we can only supply a partial quantity of what you've ordered.
2. You might be trying to add a product in a quantity multiple that isn't valid. The system has been configured so the minimum order quantity is the first quantity that you can add to your order. That number will then increase in multiples of how the manufacturer ship their inners.
For example, the minimum quantity of Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick is 4 units, this can then be increased in 2 unit multiples (4, 6, 8..etc).
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once you have access to our secure website, you can place your order online. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@brandsource.com.au and we can email you a price list.
DO YOU OFFER BUNDLES?
Yes. We have broken our bundles down into retail price points ($5, $6-$10 and $11-$20). You will see that each bundle will have a list of categories. Items in the bundles are generally sold in multiples of 24 units (some are 12 units) and the shades within each bundle are selected at random. When you go to the product page of a bundle, we have listed a Suggested Sell Price with a Gross Profit percentage, these are only a suggestion. The cost of the bundle is clearly listed and the unit cost of each item in the bundle is mentioned at the end of each bundles product description.
CAN I PICK AND CHOOSE MY OWN PRODUCTS & SHADES?
Yes, absolutely. We understand that purchasing in bundles with random colours might not suit everyone, so you can purchase specific products and shades. Apart from the bundles section, all other items are listed by brand and category. Once you expand the brand on the menu bar, you can even view that brands bundles by the brand and not price point.
I'VE ORDERED ITEMS AND THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE?
If for any reason any of the items that you have ordered are unavailable, we will always contact you and let you know, prior to dispatch. We will never backorder or substitute items if something isn't available. If we have a similar product that might be of interest, we will discuss this with you and will happily add it to your order if it suits your needs.
DO YOU DO BACKORDERS?
No. It has been our experience over the years that backorders only create confusion. Once your order has been dispatched, that is considered the end of that order and any items not received will need to ordered again with your next order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER UPON COMPLETION ON YOUR WEBSITE?
No. Once you have placed your order, we will confirm stock availability and contact you to arrange payment.
DO YOU ACCECPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, all without surcharge.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
If your order is over $500ex GST, you qualify for free delivery. Orders under $500ex GST will be subject to a $12.10 freight charge.
